Declaration.

I here by agree to observe the strict discipline of CAMP WANDERERS and abide by all rules and regulations
throughout the programme. In case an unlikely event such as accident, injury, illness, mishap etc. occurs (from
beginning to end of the programme), I will not hold CAMP WANDERERS or any group members liable in anyway.
I hereby undertake and agree not to claim any compensation, refund etc. under any circumstances. I have
thoroughly read and understood the rules & regulations. I am explained everything in language known to me.

Risk Certificate.

I the above names Mr. / Mrs. / Ms. father / mother / guardian of the applicant hereby declare that I have of my sweet will given consent to my son / daughter / ward to participate in CAMP WANDERERS’s programme. I have thoroughly read and understood the rules and regulations and the same shall be binding to me as well as my son / daughter / ward. I am appraised of the activities as well as detailed programme of the CAMP WANDERERS. I am explained everything in language known to me. I hereby give an undertaking that my son / daughter / ward shall observe all the rules
and regulations & any and every decision of CAMP WANDERERS shall be fully binding to me. I hereby further give an undertaking not to claim any compensation or refund etc. in any case.

Rules and Regulation.

1. Applicants not interested in community living need not apply.
2. Liquor, Tobacco & Smoking is strictly prohibited.
3. CAMP WANDERERS reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reasons.
4. CAMP WANDERERS shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the person or property as well as personal
belongings of participants.
5. The time schedule & discipline will have to be strictly observed by the participant during the programme.
6. Any loss or damage to the equipments given by CAMP WANDERERS shall be charged extra.
7. CAMP WANDERERS reserves its right to cancel any camp without prior notice. It also reserves its right to
increase the fee, change the number of days or trek route, if situation so desires due to unforeseen reasons or
circumstances such decisions shall be implied and fully binding to all the participants.
8. CAMP WANDERERS will make best efforts to provide & give facility as per details of programme. However,
due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control, CAMP WANDERERS shall have full rights to alter or change
or cancel any programme or activity without prior notice.
9. All legal matters shall be subject to Ahmedabad City Courts Jurisdiction only.
10. Any and every oral instruction or instructions by CAMP WANDERERS shall have to be strictly observed and
followed by the participants.
11. Defaulter in any way and manner will be immediately disowned from the programme/group without assigning
any reasons or reasons.
