If you wish to cancel your enrollment in the program/tour, you must send a formal email request to campwanderers@gmail.com
Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone. However, you may contact us by phone to confirm the status of your cancellation.
Cancellations will be processed only upon receipt of a written request via email.
The booking is strictly non-transferable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Charges:
Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total program/tour cost, as outlined below:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of the program/tour — A deduction of 25% from the total program/tour cost will apply.
Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the start of the program/tour — A deduction of 50% from the total program/tour cost will apply.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the program/tour — No refund will be provided.
Additional Notes:
Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed to the original mode of payment (e.g., the same bank account or credit card used for the payment).
Refund timelines are subject to banking processes and may take up to 15 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Any applicable taxes or payment gateway charges incurred during the payment process will be non-refundable.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, the company reserves the right to modify the cancellation and refund terms on a case-by-case basis.
The company’s decision regarding cancellation and refunds shall be final and binding.
